Kuda's Assets - Small Neck Ruff

Basic short neck ruff for all your fuzzy needs.
Will update later if need be for more blendshapes customization. Just wanted to get this out there to start.

Includes feather-textures and fur-textures, in both Chocobo and White colors.
Will work on most of Kuda's Standard bases.

Disclaimer: Doesn't work with most clothing that includes mesh around the neck.
